Are you an embassy or government office?
No. Asan Visas is an independent, private visa assistance service. We help you prepare and submit your application. Visa decisions are made only by the relevant authorities.
How can I contact you?
Our support team is available 24/7 by live chat (the orange button at the bottom of every page), WhatsApp and email. Embassies themselves process applications Monday to Friday. Contact us.
Do you handle work visas?
No. We do not deal in work visas, so please do not contact us for work visa applications. Our services are for tourist, family-visit and short business trips only.
Can I apply directly with the government myself?
Yes. Where an official online application exists, you can apply directly with the government yourself. Asan Visas charges a service fee to check your documents, prepare and submit your application, and keep you updated until your visa is ready.
Is the price final?
Yes. The price shown on the Review & pay step is the final, all-inclusive price in Pakistani Rupees for the selected service. No mandatory charges are added at checkout.
Are processing times guaranteed?
Processing targets are our service targets, not guaranteed embassy or immigration decision times. Each option explains when the clock starts and how weekends, public holidays, missing documents and authority delays are handled.
Do I need to create an account?
No. After payment you receive a tracking number by email. Use it with your email address to check progress at any time.
How are my documents protected?
Documents travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and are stored in a private area of our server that is not reachable from the internet. Only authorised staff can view them. We delete documents after your application is closed according to our retention schedule.
How do I pay?
You pay on Secure Online payment page. We never see or store your card details. Your application is confirmed only after the bank verifies your payment.
