Before we start work

If you cancel before we begin processing your application, you can request a full refund.

After processing has started

Once we have started reviewing or submitting your application, the service fee is non-refundable, because work has been carried out and government or third-party fees may already have been paid.

Visa refusals

Visa decisions are made by the authorities. A refusal does not entitle you to a refund.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice or charged for a payment that failed, contact us with your tracking number and we will arrange a refund of the extra amount.

How to request a refund

Email us with your tracking number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on the bank.
