1. Our service

Asan Visas provides visa assistance: checking your documents, preparing and submitting your application where permitted, and updating you on progress. We are not a government body and we do not decide visa outcomes.

2. Prices

The price shown on the review page is the final, all-inclusive price for the selected service. No mandatory charges are added at checkout.

3. Your responsibilities

You must provide true, complete and readable information and documents. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay or prevent your application.

4. Processing targets

Processing targets are our internal service targets. They start only when payment is verified and all required documents are received, and they can be affected by weekends, public holidays and delays by external authorities. They are not guaranteed decision times.

5. Decisions

Visa approval, refusal and processing times are decided by the relevant authorities. A refusal is not a service failure on our part.
