Passport first page (well scanned) Required
Well-scanned, sharp colour copy of the first (photo) page of your passport. All four corners and the two lines of code at the bottom must be readable.

CNIC (ID card front and back) Required
Clear scan of both sides of your ID card, in one file.

Digital photograph (45 × 35 mm) Required
Recent colour photo, 45 × 35 mm, with a plain white or blue background. Face clearly visible.

Valid UK / USA / Schengen visa Required
Clear copy of your valid UK, USA or Schengen visa. This is compulsory for the Türkiye eVisa.

Family Registration Certificate (FRC) Optional
Only if you are travelling with family.

Marriage Registration Certificate Optional
Only if you are travelling with your spouse / family.

Children's smart card or birth certificates Optional
Only if children are travelling with you.

Additional documents / travel history Optional
Optional. Previous visas, travel history or any other supporting document. Put several pages into one PDF.
